目(mu)前國內無紙面(mian)石(shi)膏板生(sheng)產線的(de)自動化程度還未實(shi)現,現處(chu)于手(shou)動和(he)(he)半自動水平,受自動化水平的(de)限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國內的(de)無紙面(mian)石(shi)膏板的(de)質量(liang)和(he)(he)產量(liang)均不(bu)能滿足(zu)市場(chang)的(de)需求(qiu);為了解(jie)決以(yi)(yi)上存在的(de)問題,本設備提(ti)供(gong)了一套(tao)自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong);其所采用(yong)的(de)方案是:該自控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包括(kuo)中央(yang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)(cheng)型工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送(song)工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘干工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)(ge)個工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間通過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)系統(tong)環(huan)網(wang)連(lian)(lian)接,構成(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)層;各(ge)(ge)工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通過(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)與智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備、變頻器連(lian)(lian)接,構成(cheng)(cheng)現場(chang)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)層;生(sheng)產控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采用(yong)分布(bu)(bu)式(shi) PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong), CPU 模塊選(xuan)用(yong)西門(men)(men)子(zi) S7-300,現場(chang)I/O 模塊采用(yong)西門(men)(men)子(zi) ET-200S,人(ren)機界面(mian) HMI 為西門(men)(men)子(zi) WinCC。各(ge)(ge)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心 SCADA 通過(guo)冗余工業以(yi)(yi)太(tai)網(wang)相連(lian)(lian),從而實(shi)現生(sheng)產過(guo)程的(de)集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)實(shi)時數據統(tong)一管理(li)。設備級(ji)(變頻器、分布(bu)(bu)式(shi) I/O 等)采用(yong)現場(chang)總線通訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備主要包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)員站(zhan)(zhan)、現場(chang)各(ge)(ge)類檢測元件。
